How to Make Frozen Cucumbers?

If you’re using store-bought cukes, use a moderate detergent and a soft brush to clean any wax that farmers use to keep fruits and vegetables wet.
Different Methods to Freeze Cucumber Slices
Brine Method
Peeling is optional, but You should slice the cucumbers into thin slices. In a large mixing basin, combine thinly sliced cucumbers, sliced onions, and two teaspoons of salt. Allow the cucumber slices to rest for two hours before washing with cold water.
Drain the cucumbers and place them in another clean basin. Add two cups of oil, vinegar (preferably apple cider or white vinegar), sugar, and one tablespoon of celery seeds.
Fill freezer bags, glass containers, or other airtight containers halfway with cucumbers and brine. Make careful to leave at least one inch of space. It would be best if you made cucumber slices.
For the most nuanced flavours, you should use frozen cucumbers at least one week before the scheduled time.
Baking Sheet Method
To freeze cucumbers using this method, rinse them and cut them into circles or spears. Use parchment paper to line a baking pan or cookie sheet.
Lay the cucumber slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and place it in the freezer for two to three hours.
Remove the cucumbers from the freezer and store them in a freezer bag or plastic container before re-freezing.
Ice Cube Tray Method
Fill the compartments of an ice cube tray with thin slices of cucumber. Consider using lemon slices, mint, or thyme as well. After that, place the cucumber-filled ice cubes in the freezer.
The frozen cucumber cubes will produce cucumber water and infuse a pleasant taste to cocktails and other drinks.
Cucumber Puree Method
Combine the sliced cucumbers and a little cold water in a food processor, then puree the cucumber pieces until smooth.
